Evan Lim & Co. Pte Ltd and was incorporated as a separate company in 2007. The company has since undertaken various property development and redevelopment projects from private enbloc sales and government land sales sites.

The company has developed more than 3,000 homes in Singapore, including Illuminaire on Devonshire, Parc Centennial in Kampong Java Road, Symphony Suites in Yishun and Parc Riviera in West Coast Vale.
